With thoughtful design and practical AI, we turn scattered work into a reliable system for better decisions with less effort.

Alan Leard

I'm Alan Leard. I'm a consultant, I run Evolve Advising, and I built DailyDashboard to run my own practice.
Consulting work doesn't live in one place. Each client has its own meetings, its own follow-ups, its own decisions to remember and, at the end of the month, its own invoice, whether that's hourly or a retainer. I was holding all of that together across a calendar, documents, notes and spreadsheets, and the gaps between them were where things slipped.
So I started building the tool I wanted: a workspace for each client where meetings, tasks, follow-ups, decisions, retainers and invoices connect to each other. Most of what is in DailyDashboard exists because I needed it in my own practice first: capturing meeting transcripts, turning them into follow-ups, rolling time into invoices, and more recently letting agents and Claude handle some of the legwork.
