3.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data

• Google: Authentication, database, hosting services, Calendar, Drive, and other Google services integration
• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
• OpenAI: AI processing and content analysis services
• SendGrid: Email delivery and communication services

3.3 Google Drive Access via Service Account

• What the service account can access: Only folders/files you have shared with it (Viewer access) or that were created by the app on your behalf.
• Why we use it: To detect new/updated files and automate ingestion so insights are kept up to date without manual steps.
• User-token preference: When feasible, the app will use your own Google token for content reads; the service account is primarily used for automation and change detection.
• How to revoke: You can remove the service account’s access at any time from Google Drive sharing, or from the app via the “Disconnect” action which calls /api/drive/folder/disconnect.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Regular security assessments and updates
