1. Sign in and connect your calendar
Sign in with Google and add a workspace for each client. Meetings from your calendar are matched to the right client by attendee email domain.
2. Capture your calls
The Chrome extension records captions from Google Meet, Zoom and Teams. Each transcript becomes a summary with tasks, follow-ups and decisions filed under that client.
3. Walk in prepared, bill accurately
Your Daily view shows what changed since the last meeting with each client, and meeting time rolls into each client's monthly invoice, hourly or retainer.

You sign in with Google through Firebase Authentication, and DailyDashboard asks only for read-only calendar access and access to the Drive files it creates or you pick. Google tokens and your own AI API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, database rules restrict each record to the account that owns it, payments are handled by Stripe, and connector access uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and can be revoked at any time.
